Cobb’s Glen is a semi-private golf course offering a variety of golf and social memberships to suit your needs.
Golf Memberships – With these memberships all greens fees are covered. You pay cart fees only. Two members riding together are both expected to pay a cart fee. Cart fees are $16 for 18 holes and $9 for 9 holes. Golf members living on the golf course, who have their own cart, may use their personal cart for a $110 per month trail fee. Golf memberships allow you to charge in the restaurant and in the pro shop. In January, we offer our members the opportunity to pay annually for golf and trail fees at a discounted rate.
- Cobb’s Full Family Membership – $145 per month (golf membership only with full charging and discount privileges)
- Cobb’s Junior Membership (under 30) – $135 per month with all the privileges of full membership
- Cobb’s Senior Membership (55 and older) – $135 per month with all the privileges of full membership
- Cobb’s Corporate Membership – rates vary depending on number of employees. Rates are reduced with additional employees. See Anita for details.
Social Memberships – $500 per year ($470 for Cobb’s and The Greens HOA members. Social members will be billed each June 1 and may pay the entire amount at once, make several lump sum payment, or pay $45 per month ($35 for HOA members) plus any charges incurred in the restaurant and pro shop. The Social memberships start June 1 and you have until the following May 31 to complete paying for this membership. This membership entitles you to use of pool & clubhouse and charging privileges and discounts in restaurant and pro shop.
Seasonal Pool Membership – $500 entitles you to use the pool during the pool season. This is a one-time charge and does not allow any charging privileges. This membership must be renewed each May.
Seasonal Pool Memberships for Golf Members – Golf Members may purchase Seasonal Pool Memberships for $210 for the season. Golf members who are also HOA members of Cobb’s Glen or The Greens may purchase a Seasonal Pool membership for $185. This is a discount extended to our Golf Members. This does not affect your golf membership; we just add this one-time charge to your statement. These memberships must be renewed in the office each May.
All memberships are a one-year commitment. Golf Memberships subject to initiation fees and reinstatement fees.
